利用するために必要な番号を取得するためのサイトです。

専用IDは登録競技者番号をお持ちでない方が取得してください。

Registration ID issued on this page is required to log in to JSF Health Check App　for those without "JSF Registration ID number".

専用ID発行には顔のわかる写真が必要となります。

(右図のようなバストアップ写真)

事前にご準備ください。

A head shot (as shown on the right picture) is required in order to issue Registration ID.

３G回線を利用している場合、認証コードを受け取ることができません。

You will not be able to receive the Authorization code if you are using 3G mobile network.

SMSの送受信ができない契約の方はこちらのメールアドレス(jsf-app@skatingjapan.or.jp)までメールでご連絡ください。別途、申請書をお送りいたします。In case you can not receive SMS, contact this e-mail address in order to receive the application form: jsf-app@skatingjapan.or.jp
